Center of Attention: The Well (Variation on a Tsukubai)
September 29, 2020
Center of Attention is the Noguchi Museum’s interactive virtual learning program for adults. Each program in the series is dedicated to a single work of art by Isamu Noguchi (1904–1988) and offered on two dates. Viewers will learn about the materials and process the artist used to create "Brilliance" (1982) and "The Well (Variation on a Tsukubai)" (1982), and participate in an interpretive conversation led by educator Matthew Capezutto. Bring a pencil and paper for a short writing or sketching exercise.
