Progress at Bell Labs
March 19, 2014
The PreservationNation blog of the National Trust for Historic Preservation checked in recently on the redevelopment of Eero Saarinen’s Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, NJ. Ralph Zucker of Somerset Development—the developer behind the plans to repurpose it as a mixed-use center with health care spaces, retail, a hotel, and a town library—says he expects the site’s first tenants to arrive in about six months, while the more than $100 million project will take about seven years to complete.
More details can be read at PreservationNation blog.
