DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State may sometimes use visitors' Internet Provider (IP) addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, and we use them, as necessary, to administer our web site.
DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State follows a strict opt-in policy; that is, you must affirmatively choose to receive information from our organization. EMAIL LISTS - PRACTICES AND POLICIES
DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State uses Emma, a permission-based email messaging service provider, to administer its email list(s) and send its email communication. Emma's service includes reporting and tracking features that allow DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State to monitor the effectiveness of its online communication efforts. Emma's "Campaigns" tool records and reports the number of recipients who opened a message and the email addresses of those recipients. The "Campaigns" tool records the number of click-throughs on each link within a message as well as the number of times the email message was forwarded by a recipient. It also records the email addresses of the "forward to" recipients. DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State will not access the "forward to" information.
"We do not rent, sell, or otherwise share our lists or those of our customers, and we do not allow any Emma customer to rent or purchase lists and send to them using the Emma network.." Emma will not send email messages on its own behalf to any of its client's subscriber lists at any time.
Subscribers may remove themselves from DOCOMOMO US New York/Tri-State email lists at any time by clicking on the "Manage your Preferences" or "Opt out using True Remove" links at the bottom of a message.
