Join the Glass House for a study tour covering two important early examples of midcentury architecture designed by Philip Johnson: The Glass House and the Schlumberger Research Center Administration Building, recently renovated by Craig Bassam and Scott Fellows to serve as the headquarters of their firm, BassamFellows.
For Pride Month, three historic house museums in the art and design worlds—The Glass House, the Alice Austen House, and the Demuth Museum—are coming together to discuss efforts at the forefront of the movement to landmark and celebrate significant LGBTQ sites including historic house museums, as well as explore the personal identities of LGBTQ artists.
The Glass House will host its annual fundraiser, the Summer Party, in June complete with tours, performances, a picnic-style lunch, cocktails, and curated auction.
